If your home is surrounded by large trees that drop leaves and branches on your roof, the Quarterly Plan is highly recommended to keep your gutters flowing. For most standard suburban homes, the Bi-Yearly Plan (Spring and Fall) offers the perfect balance of protection.
Minor preventative maintenance (like small sealant touch-ups) is included in the Bi-Yearly and Quarterly plans. However, larger repairs (like replacing missing shingles or fixing damaged decking) are billed separately. As a contract member, you receive a guaranteed discount (10-20%) on all repair work.
